Our Dearwesters Gem City communities provide the community and quiet of a small village - with all the convenience that comes from being in the city.

We offer the community of your choice. At Quail Creek in Camden, lot rentals start at $195 to $215 per month. At our Gem City location, lot rentals are $213 to $223 depending on the lot.
